About the Artist

I graduated from Maine College of Art with a BFA in sculpture. I have been drawing most of my life. I've always enjoyed drawing people. I was eventually led to sculpture when my drawing professor said it was as if I were trying to create sculpture through drawing. He said, I would "pierce the paper and use my pencil like a chisel".
I exhibit my work in Maine and New York and live with my husband and young daughter.
